After the Bake Sale

Alhamdulillah, we had a very successful bake sale yesterday.  Lots of people came to buy baked goodies, toys, books, cassettes, stickers, cds, and more.  Many girls enjoyed getting henna. 

We also had a silent auction in which we had a 'Goodie Basket' full of family treats.  Different people bid on the box and the person with the highest bid won the basket. 

The video below shows the announcement of the winner of the silent auction and the Well Project team members counting the money after the bake sale was over.

Our bake sale will be at the Zakat Foundation Delaware Center: 21 Prestbury Square Newark, DE 19713 on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 from 6-8pm.

Well Project Expanding

With more interest from people from different parts of the US, our Delaware Well Project is expanding.  You might have noticed that now our site name is ZF USA Youth Well Project instead of ZF DE Youth Well Project.
